Il Capannino, is a self contained barn in front of the main house, completely refurbished to excellent standards with antique furniture. Guests enjoy the large central room with open fully equipped kitchen at an upper level, dining room and living room with open fireplace. At every hour of the day light floods in this very attractive space, immaculately clean. A few steps up there are two double bedrooms and a study; two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. A large arched glass door opens onto the pergola covered terrace for outside meals. The house has its own central heating, telephone and satellite TV.

    Exterior: Each accommodation has its own private terrace with tables and chairs for eating out and garden with deckchairs. A well kept garden surrounds the houses. Close by, there is the swimming pool (6 x 12 m) with spacious solarium terrace furnished with deckchairs and umbrellas. There is a laundry for the exclusive use of both accommodations and a safe box in each house.
    Additional information: Every tuesday morning, Franco offers to his guests a seminar on the olive oil.
